Looks like time for a new computer

lonemagpieGreat, so now my touchpad seems to be permanently jammed on, and I can only boot up in safe mode, cos if I try normally I get a continuous "there's a key stuck" (which there isn't, this time) error beeping. Guess I'll be getting a new machine when I get paid this week. Think I'll get a tablet...
OK, - hitting ctrl-esc during bootup lets me sidestep the suck-touchpad issue and boot normally, which is good. Still think I'll grab a tablet at the weekend.
Any suggestions> I want a decent-sized screen, preferably 10" (and really would prefer a tablet/notebook convertible, but can't afford that), and am thinking of the Lenovo Ideapad...
