Musketeers in training
Apr. 2nd, 2014 05:07 pmSo, Lesley bought the Musketeers DVD, and I have to say the bootcamp featurette is easily the best show of the series!
The costume design one is quite good too - apparently they went the route they did to be the opposite from cartoony Hollywood floppy hats and feathers. Sadly, in deciding to to be motivated purely as an inversion of another design ethos, it didn't occur to anyone to think outside that line and just say "I'll google what the fuck this regiment actually wore circa 1640 and go with that."
