lonemagpieApparently the cops have indeed caught the cunt was driving round tossing fireworks out of a van last night, albeit for something else. (I'm suspecting nicking a van, since it strikes me that you don't do that sort of thing with your own vehicle). Oft-nicked known troublemaker apparently.
