lonemagpie: Jake and Elwood (blues brothers)

Music Monday- Lesley wanted to know what the music track for the War Doctor's regeneration was, so I've trawling through the DW soundtracks, and it turns out to be this, from the Series 5 soundtrack.

Since today is Music Monday, I may as well share it...

(No, I'm not sad, and it picks up towards the end of the track. The bit used for the regeneration is the middle section, from around 1'30-2'25")

This afternoon's background to working.... Admittedly the trailer is the Christmassy part, more than the movie, but what the hell.

Hm, decisions decisions - If one is thinking of developing a project about a cool historical lass just for fun and practice, but which one may feel like trying to pitch to TV someday, should one aim it towards the Merlin/Atlantis evening audience, or the Game Of Thrones/Da Vinci’s Demons audience, cos she could fit either equally well…
lonemagpie: McGoohan as Number 6 (6)

Il Grande Duello was good - one of the better if stranger Spaghetti Westerns, mixing surprising daftness with an actual solid plot and decent twist. Plus, Lee Van Cleef starring. So, all good.

Well, except for the print. Movies 4 Men have a good set of Spaghettis, but their prints are diabolically awful (Blindman, in particular, is unwatchable picture quality) - in fact the trailer there is better quality than the movie I just watched...
